Beyond Care Haven was built from the vision, heart, and lived experience of a woman who has spent over 17 years actively working in the healthcare industry. As the Owner and Founder, I bring a deep and diverse background that spans long-term care, emergency room settings, cardiac units, acute care, surgery, geriatrics, and labor and delivery.

Throughout my career, I have stood beside individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments marked by fear, transition, celebration, uncertainty, and growth. These experiences shaped not only my clinical knowledge, but also my understanding of what true compassion, safety, and respect look like in real-life care settings.

Along the way, I also witnessed critical gaps in the system: families overwhelmed by limited options, individuals overlooked or underserved, and the absence of stable, trustworthy care environments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These realities left a lasting impact on me and ignited a passion that could not be ignored.

That passion became Beyond Care Haven.

I found this organization to be the answer to what so many families are searching for a place where individuals are genuinely seen, respected, and supported with dignity, and where families feel included, heard, and reassured. My leadership approach blends compassion with strong expectations, clear communication, accountability, and excellence in every aspect of our program.

Beyond Care Haven is more than a service; it is my purpose and my promise to every individual and every family we serve that they will be treated with dignity, protected with care, and supported in ways that empower them to thrive.
